Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Pazalytics.
1. The service
Pazalytics provides personal SEO and AI-traffic analytics via the web. We make no uptime guarantees.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email and accept these terms to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. One person per account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not: use the service to track third parties without their consent, attempt to break or probe the service, resell access to the service, or upload illegal content.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you send to the service. We process that data on your behalf. You grant us the rights necessary to provide the service.
5. Payment
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds at our discretion within the first 14 days.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate (specified at request). Disputes are resolved by arbitration where allowed by law.
