Privacy Policy
Pazalytics ("we", "us", "the service") provides personal SEO and AI-traffic analytics. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
What we collect
Account data. Email address and a hashed password when you sign up. Workspace name. Optional invited-member emails.
Site analytics data. When you install our tracking snippet, we collect: page URL, referrer, user agent, an IP-derived country, and a daily-rotating visitor hash (no cookies; the hash resets every 24 hours). We do not collect names, exact IPs after geolocation, or any data outside the events you choose to send.
Search Console data (optional). If you connect Google Search Console, we fetch search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, position) for properties you select. We never write to Search Console. We store a refresh token, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Billing data. If you subscribe, Stripe collects payment information directly; we only store a customer ID, subscription status, and plan tier.
Why we collect it
To provide the analytics dashboard, to authenticate you, to charge subscriptions, and to send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invoices).
How long we keep it
Raw event data: 14, 90, or 365 days depending on your plan tier (Free / Personal / Pro). Daily rollups: indefinitely as long as your account is active. Account data: until you delete your account.
Who we share with
We do not sell data. We use the following processors:
- Stripe (payments) — stripe.com/privacy
- Resend (transactional email) — resend.com
- Cloudflare (CDN + R2 backups) — cloudflare.com
- Google (Search Console API access — only with your consent)
Your rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@pazalytics.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Authentication uses a session cookie (pa_sess) which is essential for the service to function.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it if you are under 13.
